The virtual concert features works by different Lithuanian and world composers. If you’re dating kankles for the first time, you’ll be amazed at how many styles they can include. Although authentic kankles were first played by men, this time kankles are as gentle and feminine as never before.
Artists: Birutė Giraitytė, Lijana Venslovienė, Ramunė Rimšienė, Lauryna Labutytė, Eglė Alejūnaitė, Gintarė Želvytė and Sonata Zavadskytė. Concert host – Aušra Kiuraitė-Svilainienė.
