WHY AND WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
In order to enter into service and other contracts, to fulfil our contractual obligations and to administer our visitors, we may collect:

ON WHAT BASIS DO WE COLLECT THIS DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?
In order to enter into service and other contracts, to fulfil our contractual obligations and to administer our visitors, we collect data:
• for the performance of the contract (Regulation 6 art. 1(b))
• to comply with legal obligations (Regulation 6 art. 1(c))
• having a legitimate interest (Regulation 6 art. 1(f))
We keep this data for 10 years after the end of the contract, the date of the last cooperation or the date of the contract negotiations.
In order to administer the online shop and to fulfil visitors’ product orders, we collect data on:
• to make a transaction (Regulation 6 art. 1(b))
• having a legitimate interest (Regulation 6 art. 1(f))
We store this data for 3 years from the date of the customer’s last use of the e-shop services or website content.
In order to process your requests, enquiries, queries and complaints, we collect data:
• having a legitimate interest (Regulation 6 art. 1(f))
We keep this data for 10 years after the date of your last contact.
We may collect data for direct marketing purposes:
• with your consent (Regulation 6 art. 1(a))
• having a legitimate interest (Regulation 6 art. 1(f))
• On the basis of Article 69 of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, which provides that:
“a person who, in the course of the provision of services or the sale of goods, receives, in accordance with the procedures and under the conditions laid down by the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, the e-mail contact details of his customers, may use those contact details for the marketing of his own similar goods or services, provided that the customers are given the opportunity to explicitly, free of charge, and in an easily implemented way, to refuse to object or to opt-out of the use of the contact details for the purposes referred to above when such contact details are collected, and, provided that the customer has not objected to that use of the data in the first place, in the course of the sending of each individual communication”.
We store this data for 5 years from the date of consent, and in the case of direct marketing in accordance with Article 69 of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania – until the person expresses his/her disagreement with the direct marketing. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We only transfer your personal data to trusted third parties in order to ensure the quality of our services and the proper fulfilment of the purposes for which we process personal data. Specifically, your data may be transferred:
• Google (Google Analytics and AdWords services), data is transferred to the USA. The data is stored under the “Privacy Policy” programme, which you can read more about here;
• Meta Platforms, Inc. transfers data to the US. The data is stored under the “Privacy Policy” Programme, which you can read more about here;
• For our delivery partners, these include:
