1. General provisions.
1.1. These Purchase & Sales Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which sets out the rights, obligations, responsibilities and other provisions of the Buyer and the Seller in connection with the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) and / or tickets (hereinafter referred to as the Tickets) on the website of the ensemble “Lietuva”.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer is subject to the Rules in force at the time of placing the order.
1.3. The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer has formed the Shopping Cart on the website, filled in the required information fields, selected the payment method and read the Seller’s rules, clicks the “Pay” button (see item 5 “Ordering Goods and Tickets, prices, payment procedure, terms and delivery”).
1.4. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the database of the ensemble “Lietuva”.
1.5. E-commerce activities may be suspended or terminated without prior notice to the Buyer. Upon suspension of e-commerce activities, all accepted and confirmed Buyers’ orders are terminated, and new orders are not accepted.
1.6. All disagreements regarding the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached within 30 (thirty) days, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Buyer’s rights and obligations.
2.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase Goods and Tickets on the website of the ensemble in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and other information sections of this website.
2.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement with the ensemble “Lietuva” by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the Goods and / or Tickets to be returned, also their order number) no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods and / or purchase of Tickets, except in cases when the contract cannot be terminated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.3. The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in Rules paragraph 2.2. only if the Product has not been damaged or its appearance has not substantially changed, nor has it been used.
2.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered Goods and / or Tickets and pay the specified price.
2.5. If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately. Please notify the updates by e-mail info@ansamblis-lietuva.lt
2.6. The Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity, if the delivery address is indicated incorrectly.
2.7. The Buyer, using the e-commerce functionality of the website, agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Seller’s rights and obligations.
3.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the website.
3.2. If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the Seller’s website or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to e-commerce functionality and not accept the submitted orders.
3.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy of the Buyer’s personal information specified in the order form.
3.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
3.5. The Seller is not responsible for any and all disruptions of the Internet connection, e-mail service providers’ networks, due to which the Buyer does not receive information or confirmation e-mails from the Seller.
3.6. In case of unforeseen changes related to the ordered Goods and / or Tickets, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer thereof by the contacts indicated by him. In case of significant circumstances, if the Buyer is unable to deliver the ordered Goods and / or Tickets, the Seller may offer the Buyer another Product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept another Product, return the paid money within 14 calendar days.
3.7. Upon the Buyer’s use of the right provided for in Rules paragraph 2.2, The Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods and / or Ticket.
3.8. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay for the Goods and / or Tickets within 3 (three) business days, unless both parties agree otherwise.
3.9. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the Goods on the website in their color, shape or other parameters may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
4. Buyer’s and seller’s responsibilities.
4.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data when making the order, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences and acquires the right to claim compensation for direct losses incurred by the Buyer.
4.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions taken using this website.
4.3. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where the loss arises due to the fact that the Buyer, notwithstanding the Seller’s recommendations and the Buyer’s obligations, did not read these Rules, even though he was given such an opportunity.
4.4. In case of damage, the guilty Party shall compensate the other Party for the direct damage.
5. Ordering Goods and Tickets, prices, payment procedure, terms and delivery.
5.1. On the website Buyer can buy all the time, 7 days a week.
5.2. The Agreement enters into force from the moment when the Buyer clicks the “Pay” button, and upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms it – sends a confirmation letter to the e-mail specified by the Buyer.
5.3. The prices of the Goods and Tickets on the website and in the formed order are indicated in Euros.
5.4. The Buyer pays for the Goods and / or Tickets in one of the following ways:
5.4.1. Payment via PAYPAL system.
5.4.2. Payment by bank transfer – the Buyer receives an invoice by e-mail, then logs in to banking and pays the bill received. Purpose of payment – order number.
5.4.3. Payment by using the online banking system.
5.4.4. Payment by using a credit card.
5.5. If it is not possible to pay for the Goods and / or Tickets in the ways specified in Rules paragraph 5.4, the Buyer shall contact the ensemble regarding the choice of another payment method by e-mail info@ansamblis-lietuva.lt
5.6. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the Goods and / or Tickets immediately. Only after receiving the payment, the order parcel is formed and the delivery term of the Goods begins to count.
5.7. The Goods are delivered in one of the following options:
5.7.1. Pick up at the premises of the ensemble “Lietuva” (Panerių g. 39, Vilnius).
5.7.2. Delivery to LP Express post machine.
5.7.3. Delivery at the Lithuanian Post Office.
5.7.4. Courier home delivery.
5.7.5. Delivery outside Lithuania (price varies depending on the quantity of Goods and the selected region).
5.8. The cost of sending the returned Goods is paid only if the returned Goods are damaged due to the fault of the Seller. The seller is not responsible for losses caused by third parties (for example, due to the fault of the couriers).
5.9. When buying Tickets to the events of the ensemble “Lietuva” and making the payment, Buyer at the specified e-mail receives only the order number. This booking number or payment copy must be provided upon arrival at the venue, next to the entrance. Paper Tickets will be issued based on the information provided. An electronic ticket is not generated.
6. Return policy
6.1. The procedure for the return of Goods purchased by the Buyer shall be governed by these Rules and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the return of purchased Goods. Some of these conditions do not apply to the return of event tickets.
6.2. In order to return the item(s) in accordance with Clause 6.1. of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller by the means of contact specified in the contact section, indicating the order number, the name of the item to be returned and the reasons for returning the item.
6.3. The requirements that must be met by the Buyer when returning Goods:
6.3.1. the returned product must be in its original packaging;
6.3.2. the Goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
6.3.3. the Goods must be unused and in good condition (this does not apply when returning Goods which have factory defects);
6.3.4. the returned Goods must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received them and must be returned along with the guarantee certificate, if one was issued;
6.3.5. when returning an item, you must provide proof of purchase.
6.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer’s returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure requirements set out in Clause 6.3.
6.5. In the event that the Buyer gets the wrong Goods and/or faulty Goods and wants returns them, the Seller commits to take back such Goods and replace them with similar suitable Goods.
6.6. In the event that the Seller does not have Goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the cost of delivery.
6.7. Money for returned Goods shall be credited to the payer’s bank account only, unless the Buyer and Seller agree otherwise.
6.8. When returning Goods, in all cases, the Buyer, at their own expense, shall deliver them to the Seller’s specified location.
6.9. In case of purchasing Tickets, only the refund procedure applies (there is no need to return the physical and/or electronic Ticket). The process and terms are similar to the Return Policy of Goods.
7. Protection of personal data.
7.1. By approving these rules, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer’s personal data provided during the order will be processed in the database of the ensemble “Lietuva”, for the purposes of analysis of the Seller’s activities and direct marketing.
7.2. The Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for ordering Goods and / or Tickets would be sent by e-mail or phone number specified by the Buyer.
